NPN / LPA quarterly meeting

The next NPN meeting with the planning officers is on
Thursday 19 July
at 5.30 to 7.00
in Brunel House reception area, St George’s Road.

The main topic will be Neighbourhood Development Plans.

Sarah O’Driscoll will be explaining what the processes are for designating a Neighbourhood Planning Area, applying to become a Neighbourhood Development Forum who will be able to bring forward a Neighbourhood Development Plan for their area and the proposed timetable for the first round of applications, after the front runner groups have been approved.

We will be hearing from the current ‘front runner’ groups, and will also be reminding ourselves about the other options for groups to draw up planning principles for their area, where they do not have significant new development sites to bring forward.

Please can you let me know if you intend to come to this meeting?

Please note: that the building is closed to the public after 5 pm, and the doors will have to be opened by BCC staff from 5.15 – 5.30 as people arrive. If you wish to come but may be late, can you let me know and I will give you a mobile number to ring when you arrive, so that someone can let you in.
