Bristol Promenades Project:
A proposal for a new cycle promenade route has been drawn up and funding has been submitted as part of a WoEP bid to the government’s Cycling Ambition Fund.
This is at the early stages; consultation should follow if the funding is confirmed – read more on the Travelwest website
Urban development project in Earl’s Court
An example of a proposal to redevelop a large area in a number of ‘villages’.
This may be of interest to Neighbourhood Planning Forums, who are writing their own plans, and groups who are responding to large developments such as the S Glos development on Filton Airfield.
