St John's Residents' Association:

We cover the area between Whiteladies
Road and Pembroke Road, and between Apsley Road and Alma Vale Road, and we monitor
all planning and licensing applications in and around this area, aiming to prevent
undesirable developments. We seek to preserve the pleasant local environment,
with the help of local police and Councillors. We organise a neighbourhood watch
scheme for residents, and a weekly "Corner Club" for elderly residents.
Members receive a regular newsletter. Membership costs £2 for individuals;
