Neighbourhood Area Plans are also called Area Action Plans when they are part of the Core Strategy.
They can also be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) under the Core Strategy as Planning Guidance. St Pauls and Redcliffe both have their Neighbourhood Area Plan adopted as SPDs. They provide a useful guide for anyone who is drawing up a Neighbourhood Area Plan for their neighbourhood. |
