Quarterly meeting notes for October meeting
The presentations from the October meetings are now on the NPN website.
- Neighbourhood Plans: update and process for applying for designation of a Neighbourhood Area
- Planning reform: update of changes to the development management/ planning application process under the current government reforms
In the discussion afterwards, it was proposed that the next meeting should look at the Central Areaplan proposals and how other initiatives such as the Walking / Cycling strategies and projects relate to this.
A request to discuss the issue of large student blocks in residential areas has also been put forward. What other agenda items would you like to discuss?
The time of the meeting was also discussed. Some people had difficulty getting to the meeting by 5.30 and would prefer the meeting to start later. What do you think?
